Vango Tempest 200 Detailed Specification

Pitching
The Vango Tempest 200 has been designed to be pitched extremely quickly with the flysheet going up first which ensures the inside of the tent is kept dry, if it happens to be raining. The fully enclosed ground sheet helps keep the inside of your tent clean and draught free. Once the PowerLite alloy poles have been inserted you can simply pick the tent up and walk it into position. For detailed description, please refer to the manual which comes with the Tempest 200 Tent.

Weather conditions
The unique Tension Band System provides additional stability to the tent. During strong winds the Tempest 200 will remain sturdy and strong allowing for comfort and safety when inside. To avoid undue strain on the poles and material, loosen tension bands before dismantling your tent.

The tent has been fully wind and rain tested to ensure you keep dry and warm whilst staying in your Vango Tempest 200. This makes the tent ideal for any weather; sun, high winds or heavy rain.

Materials
The Vango Tempest 200 comes with easy to spot orange guy lines which should help avoid any trips during low lighting. The guy lines come with guy tidies which helps keep them nice and tidy when packing your tent away for your next camping trip.

The ground sheet is made from a robust, hard wearing and waterproof 6,000 Polyethylene material which can stand up to the active wear and tear from keen campers and comes with fire retardant assurance.

The Vango Tempest 200 is fire retardant with the inner tent fabric, fly sheet and ground sheet fully conforming to the EU Standard CPA1-84, which means that once the source of the heat is removed the tent will not continue burning.
